Tone have been a digital partner for Co-op Insurance for the past four years and we've been responsible for the production on 10+ high profile digital content campaigns, revolving around the 'Hub' environment which houses the full range of content pieces designed to create engagement in the insurance product-set.

A digital content 'Hub'

The brand had a challenge: How to create a home for the digital assets that could be a source of engagement to customers and prospects alike. The Hub launched in 2017 and now is the main touchpoint for visitors arriving from social and CRM, before pushing into the customer buy funnel.

In partnership with Neighbourhood Watch, Co-op set out on a mission to find the UKs best neighbour. Now in its third year this piece uses the Co-op brand illustrative style and tells the story of the campaign, a new report which revealed that nearly all Brits think they’re good neighbours. Take a look through the keyhole into neighbour behaviour, reveal what really makes a good neighbour.
