Transline Group were looking to redesign their corporate website so that it more accurately positioned them as a global player in the recruitment space and demonstrated innovation

Supporting wider brand collateral

The project needed to make efficient use of video and other promotional collateral that Transline had at their disposal. Durable design techniques were required so that the site’s impact is not beholden to the ebb and flow of “on trend” technologies.

Innovation was at the core of this project and a desire to push boundaries influenced design choices to ensure a market leading end result.

A key feature of a world class website is one where the impact often associated only with the Home Page is maintained throughout.

As such, we helped Transline ensure that this impact reinforces their service differentiators of innovation, experience and dynamism and accompanies users throughout the whole of their journey.

In real terms, this means providing each website page with an individual and bespoke graphical treatment that satisfies this headline objective of intuitive visual impact.

Innovation & Broadbean API connection

A key component of the site was the search, discovery and application process for open vacancies. Housed within the Vacancies area of the site, users are able to search in a more innovative way; by keyword, skills (divisions), or by location.

Upon finding a role, this section of the proposal allows for the creation of a mobile friendly application form for registering information in a role. Utilising the ‘AdCourier’ API function we pull a feed of all active Transline vacancies and allow users to actively apply and receive updates on their progress.
