Managing an active account with efficiency
With the number of concurrent tasks sometimes in the hundreds, a dedicated resource is required to manage all task-related comms with internal stakeholders, host weekly screen-sharing sessions to provide account commentary and most importantly, to be constantly looking for ways to improve process that will make the account more lean.
