Boiler Guide, part of Holmes Media, are themselves a lead generation company and as such stand and fall by the ability of their web properties to convert passive visitors into prospects.

A leading player in their space

Having been the leading player in their space, they were keen to ensure that their market share wasn’t eroded by competitors exploiting the digital channel more effectively. After discovering us on Google, we entered a competitive pitch with a solution grounded in discovery and top bracket design focused on conversion. The results have been exceptional and such has been the impact of this initial engagement that we’ve also helped with other websites within the Holmes Media family.

Continue to deliver new business conversations

This project carried heaps of internal collaboration here – from user journey planning to conversion rate optimisation, our brief was to create a site that would emphasise their market leading status and most importantly, continue to deliver the new business conversations central to their overall proposition.

As Project Manager, part of my role is to ensure that our digital marketing and design teams work in unison and that the client is kept included and informed.  In real terms, this means creating a client specific area within our project management system so that full visibility on task scheduling and progress against them is available. This is an essential part of delivering more complex web projects and has been instrumental in adhering to agreed milestones.

World class design with a focus on conversion

This project allowed us to bring some of our key strengths to bear – world class design with a focus on conversion and new business opportunity.  From the in person discovery sessions that preface all of our projects through to wireframing and accompanying project communications, our goal with every project is to provide a first class experience for both clients and their end users. In particular, given the focus on lead generation that is central to the success metrics for this project, getting our digital marketing team involved during the design phase helped us to create the perfect environment for conversion.

Final Say

We couldn’t be happier with how this one has turned out. A user interface that’s clean and well conceived together with heaps of conversion rate optimisation make it a shining example of our capabilities and is a good demonstration of how we can help businesses make strides forward online.
