Inbound marketing is best described as a process of several actions rather than one singular service type. Inbound marketing is the process of generating inbound leads using outbound techniques. Following up on this content by replying to blog comments and interacting in social media groups is key, not only demonstrating your expertise but gaining trust - factors that consumers look for when making buying decisions online. Just compare the expertise and trust of inbound marketers to that of outbound marketers and telesales teams - using inbound marketing techniques to ensure that you receive 100 phone calls per day rather than being forced to make 100 a day because you have no other means of lead generation.
